Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts (drained and quartered)
- 1/2 cup pitted green olives (halved)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken; add red onion and garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in artichokes and olives; cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth, white wine (if using), lemon juice, and zest. Bring to a simmer.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over each breast.
- Transfer to the oven; bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
