Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup

- crumbled bacon (optional)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, combine ranch dressing mix, brown gravy mix, chicken broth, and cream of mushroom soup. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
- Return the seared chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over it. Cover and simmer for 15–20 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
- In the last few minutes of cooking, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon over the chicken. Cover until cheese melts.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
