  • 4 oz dark chocolate, broken
  • 24 large marshmallows (or 96 mini)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted (optional)
  • pinch flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the quartered graham crackers in a single layer.
  3. Evenly sprinkle both types of broken chocolate over the graham crackers.
  4. Place marshmallows on top of the chocolate layer.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown and chocolate is melted.
  6. Remove from oven, drizzle with melted butter if desired, and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
