Instructions

  2. Cook the frozen tilapia for 10-11 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through (145°F internal temperature).
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and add heavy cream and pesto.
  4. Whisk together chicken broth with cornstarch in a bowl and pour into the skillet.
  5. Simmer until thickened, then stir in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
