Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and corn starch for 20-30 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and corn starch in a small bowl.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat. Cook the marinated chicken until browned; set aside.
