- White Velvet Cake mix
- Super Red Gel Food Coloring

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans.
- Prepare the White Velvet Cake batter by mixing dry ingredients in one bowl and creaming butter and sugar in another. Add eggs, then combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Divide batter into two bowls; color one portion with Super Red Gel Food Coloring.
- Pour batters into prepared pans and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a rack.
- While cooling, prepare the Perfect American Buttercream, adding coloring for a pink hue if desired.
- Level cooled cakes, frost between layers, and cover the cake entirely with remaining frosting. Decorate as desired.
