  • 1/2 jalapeño (seeded and minced)
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (plus more to taste)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the salmon: Whisk together soy sauce, maple syrup, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and spices in a bowl. Toss in salmon filets and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
