- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups coarsely crushed pretzels
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
