  • 8 oz shell pasta
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  1. Cook shell pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Season steak bites with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear steak until browned (about 3-5 minutes). Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic until fragrant, then stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  4. Toss cooked pasta into the sauce; add reserved pasta water to adjust consistency if needed. Combine with steak bites.
