  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz imitation crab meat
  • 1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup shredded colby jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook ziti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season shrimp with old bay seasoning.
  3. In a sauté pan over medium-low heat, melt butter and sauté chopped onion, garlic, and jalapeno until tender.
  4. Add seasoned shrimp, imitation crab meat, sherry, and chicken broth; cook until shrimp is opaque.
