- 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon red-pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
Instructions
- Prepare the sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine mirin, white miso, ginger, orange juice, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, red-pepper flakes, and sesame oil. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
