  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat, shredded
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles as per package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  4. Spread Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Fill each noodle with the seafood mixture and roll tightly; place seam-side down in the dish.
  5. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
