- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1½ cups seafood stock (or chicken stock)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (for biscuit topping)
- ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic, onion, and celery until soft. Stir in flour to form a roux.
- Gradually whisk in seafood stock and cream until thickened. Add Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper, shrimp, and lobster; cook until shrimp is pink.
