  4. Preheat oven to 450ยฐF (232ยฐC). Shape the risen dough into pretzels by rolling into ropes and twisting.
  5. Boil each shaped pretzel in warm water mixed with baking soda for about 30 seconds, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with coarse salt, and bake for approximately 8 minutes until golden.
