  • 300g ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles
  • 2 cups chicken or beef broth
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise (preferably Kewpie)
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp sriracha or Korean chili sauce
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the creamy sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic powder, and optional sugar in a bowl; refrigerate.
  3. Simmer broth in a pot and add gochugaru, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and salt before cooking the instant ramen noodles until al dente.
  4. Grill the marinated beef until charred and cooked through; slice thinly against the grain.
  5. In bowls, layer ramen noodles with broth, drizzle creamy sauce on top, add sliced beef, and finish with green onions and sesame seeds.
