Ingredients

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • White mushrooms
  • Garlic
  • Cream cheese
  • Grated mozzarella
  • Bread crumbs
  • Grated Parmesan
  • Fresh parsley
  • Butter

Instructions

  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté quartered mushrooms with salt and pepper for 7–9 minutes until moisture evaporates.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Stir in cream cheese until mushrooms are coated, then mix in mozzarella, half the breadcrumbs, and half the Parmesan.
  5. Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. In another bowl, combine remaining breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, and melted butter; sprinkle over the mushroom mixture.
