  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (for steak)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper. Let sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet over high heat. Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Transfer to a plate.
  3. Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic to the skillet, stirring until fragrant. Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat.
  4. For the creamy sauce, melt remaining butter in the same skillet, add garlic, then pour in heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
  5. Stir in parmesan cheese until smooth. Combine with steak bites and heat through.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
