Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 package potsticker wrappers
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix shredded cabbage, grated carrots, cooked chicken, green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil until combined.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each potsticker wrapper. Moisten edges with water and fold to seal tightly.
- Heat a large pot over medium heat and cook potstickers for 5–7 minutes until they float.
- In the same pot, combine coconut milk and chicken broth; stir in lime juice and fish sauce. Simmer gently.
- Return potstickers to the broth and simmer for 2 minutes before serving hot with cilantro and lime wedges.
