  • 1214 dumpling wrappers
  • 200g ground chicken
  • ½ cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 clove garlic (grated)
  • ½ teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Chili oil (for drizzling)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Briefly steam or microwave dumpling wrappers until soft.
  3. Grease ramekins and layer the bottom with a dumpling wrapper. Add filling and repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a wrapper on top.
  4. Cover with foil and steam for 20 minutes or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes.
  5. Remove foil, drizzle with chili oil, sprinkle sesame seeds over the top, and serve hot.
