  • 1 package Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (12 count)
  • 2 cups diced turkey
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce or relish
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 baking pan with foil and non-stick spray.
  3. Slice the rolls in half lengthwise.
  4. Layer the bottom half with turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls on top.
  6. In a bowl, melt butter and whisk in mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  7. Pour the mixture over the rolls.
  8. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before covering with foil and baking for 20 minutes.
  9. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm.
