- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3–4 sun-dried tomatoes (sliced)
- ½ cup dry white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
